Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned antlers or goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
